Bow Ties and Big Hats Charity Gala & Silent Auction is an annual event hosted by the Sigma Eta Lambda Foundation, Inc to bring awareness to issues the lack of educational opportunities to families in low-income areas as well as to raise funds to bring educational support services to the Rockdale/Conyers/Newton area.
