About Alpha Esquires |
Mission Statement |
Alpha Esquires is a mentorship initiative designed for male students in grades 8-12 who are currently attending schools within the service region of the Sigma Eta Lambda Foundation, Inc (SELF). Our mentors focus on fostering leadership abilities, increasing career awareness, encouraging community engagement, assisting with educational planning, enhancing oral communication capabilities, promoting health and social consciousness. Each Esquire is paired with a dedicated mentor from SELF.

Alpha Esquires' mission is to transform young men in middle and high school into empowered leaders, equipped with the tools for academic and career success. By offering college and career readiness activities, we ignite their potential to become influential and productive members of society, shaping a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
